Our latest instalment of In Her Element follows Kimberly Wang between the worlds of GINLEE and Curious Creatures, exploring creativity, personal style and the curiosity that continues to shape her journey.

Kimberly is a creative brand consultant, jewellery designer and co-owner of Curious Creatures. What began with a personal love for the homegrown jewellery label eventually grew into designing collaborative collections, before becoming a larger creative role within the brand.

At the heart of Kimberly’s approach is a willingness to explore. Rather than waiting for certainty, she has often allowed curiosity to lead her into new and unexpected chapters.

“Most of my major decisions in life… has always been the question of ‘why not?’”

That same instinct carries into her approach to design. Her first collaboration with Curious Creatures began simply because she was searching for jewellery she wanted to wear but could not find - leading her to create it herself. With each collection came a process of learning, refining and understanding how an idea translates into something tangible.

For Kimberly, personal style follows a similar rhythm. It is less about a fixed definition and more about finding pieces that feel individual, considered and distinctly her own -  leaving room to experiment and evolve.
